‘I have known Lou for almost 20 years. I can honestly say she is probably the best Yoga Teacher I have had the pleasure of meeting. Her style of Teaching is relaxed and fun, but Professional at the same time. Also Lou has many other skills to offer, Meditation, Massage, (the balls thing) Tai chi, chakra teaching, Aqua cise and many more. Lou also offers individual crystal readings which seem to be so precise !

I continue to follow Lou on the fantastic Yoga retreats she chooses in so many fantastic locations.
