A WARM WELCOME
My name is Lulu Johns and I’m an International Yoga Teacher offering public and private yoga classes alongside a range of holistic bodywork treatments which complement a yogic lifestyle.
My yoga teaching style is a mixture of hatha, vinyasa, restorative, kundalini, yin and healing yoga. I cater for everyone willing to learn, progress and participate and at all levels.

I started my career in 1988 teaching all types of fitness at various clubs across Hampshire and Berkshire. I then worked on Cruise Liners travelling the world. I loved working with people and the enormous amount of experience and confidence this gave me.
I then moved to Germany and set up my own business working on an Army Camp, where I concentrated on my passion for fitness and yoga, healing, detox and rehabilitation work.
Since then I have spent many years developing my skills in helping those that need healing, with a holistic approach via bodywork treatments and yoga.

Learning through the experience of my own healing journey, I have realised the great benefits of meditation, massage techniques and bodywork. I have gone from being sad and lost to reaching out on my yoga mat to getting in touch and understanding my own needs. I listen to what my body needs, and I take time out in nature every day. I love animals deeply – they teach us such strength, love us unconditionally and live for the moment.
I have learned that working with the energy of the moon, using manifestations, crystals and yoga helps to open the portals of happiness, life changes for the better and letting go of what is no longer needed.
When our body, mind and soul is in balance, life is in balance. It is my lifelong and continued passion to help people nurture their body and soul.
